1. Agreement to Terms

Mirage Digital Goods provides a platform for the sale of licensed digital goods ("Products") designed for the global PC gaming and game development community. Our Products include, but are not limited to:
Performance Optimization Software: Licensed software designed to improve gaming performance by managing system resources, such as boosting FPS and optimizing RAM usage.
Gaming Enhancement Utilities: Advanced software suites that may include features like graphics enhancement and integrated VPN routing services to reduce latency and ping.
All Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Eligibility: To create an account and purchase our Products, you must be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required to consent to online services in your jurisdiction.
Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased Products are compatible with your computer system, existing software (including anti-cheat systems), and intended use.
4. Purchases, Licensing, and Intellectual Property
License Grant: Upon successful payment for a Product, we grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
For Software Products, this license permits use on a single computer owned or controlled by you.
License Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:
Reselling, renting, leasing, sublicensing, sharing, or otherwise distributing the Product or license key to any third party.
Decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any software Product.
Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained within the Products.
Using the Products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of us or any third party.
5. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Payments: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information.
Refund Policy: Due to the instant, digital nature of our Products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, only under the following conditions:
The Product is verifiably non-functional or fails to perform as described on the product page.
You have contacted our support team through official channels within 7 days of the purchase date with a detailed description of the issue.
Our support team has been given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue and has been unable to do so.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. Any such action will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and the revocation of all purchased Product licenses. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against fraudulent chargebacks.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE (INCLUDING ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEMS), OR THAT THEIR OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS; (II) ANY BUGS, ERRORS, OR INACCURACIES IN THE PRODUCTS; OR (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF ANY PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
